Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist - Hybrid Role

Take charge of talent sourcing as a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at Arterra in a hybrid environment. This role is focused on full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles. In this contract role, you will work closely with People & Culture and Hiring Managers to create effective sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities include developing a diverse talent pipeline, conducting thorough assessments, and improving recruitment tools. Your insights will drive organizational excellence in hiring. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders on sourcing strategies
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes
- Perform behavioral interviews and validate references
- Build pipelines for future talent requirements
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations
- Strong asset: post-secondary education in HR
- CHRP designation or progress towards it
- 5–8 years’ experience in senior-level recruiting
- Familiarity with compliance in Canadian recruitment
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects
