Service Design Transition Architect, Hybrid Role

Elevate your career as a Service Design Transition Architect with Bell. This hybrid position focuses on pre-sale design and post-sale delivery, supporting innovative Public Sector solutions. As part of the Service Design & Transformation team, you will engage in both solution design and delivery phases. You will collaborate with pre-sales teams and stakeholders, ensuring non-standard requirements are met while reviewing costs and approvals. Your impact includes enhancing operational design and leading workshops to facilitate seamless transitions across client projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on pre-sale deal teams for tailored solutions
- Scrub RFPs and derive results for solution requirements
- Complete hand-off packages and alignment with PMs
- Monitor IT and operational deliverables during development
- Champion operational design through change requests
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sale and post-sale roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
- Exceptional communication across all organization levels
