Your new role
As a Paid Search Lead, you’ll own and evolve one of the company’s most critical acquisition channels. This is not a maintenance role—you’ll be responsible for designing and scaling a mature, multi‑million‑dollar paid search program that balances aggressive growth targets with long‑term LTV goals.
You’ll partner closely with Data Science, Web Operations, and Analytics to refine targeting using first‑party and backend data, lead a rigorous testing and experimentation culture, and proactively respond to auction and competitor dynamics. This role also works cross‑functionally with SEO and Affiliate teams to maximize incremental growth across channels.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7–10+ years of hands‑on experience managing high‑growth paid search programs in competitive verticals (SaaS, fintech, or similar)
- Proven experience owning large monthly budgets ($1M+), with a track record of profitable growth
- Deep understanding of full‑funnel performance marketing, including CAC/LTV modeling and multi‑touch attribution
- Strong technical fluency, including close collaboration with Web Ops and Data teams on tracking, tagging, and conversion imports
- Experience leading structured testing initiatives such as geo‑lift, incrementality studies, and landing page experimentation
- Ability to translate complex auction and performance data into clear insights for senior leadership
- Experience across adjacent performance channels (Affiliate, Paid Social, or Programmatic) is a strong asset.
