Paid Social & Display Account ManagerOur client is a North American digital agency specializing in customer acquisition and performance marketing. They partner with growth-focused brands to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through paid media, analytics, CRO, and full-funnel optimization.
They are hiring a Paid Social & Display Account Manager with deep lead generation experience to scale high-performing acquisition campaigns across B2B and B2C accounts.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across:
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Google Display Network
• YouTube AdsYou will:
• Drive scalable CPL and CPA performance
• Build and test high-converting lead funnels (forms, landing pages, gated assets)
• Optimize retargeting and multi-touch nurture strategies
• Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies
• Align paid media efforts with sales pipeline and revenue targets
• Present performance insights and optimization roadmaps to clientsQualifications:• 3–5+ years managing paid social with strong lead gen performance results
• Experience optimizing toward CPL, MQL, SQL, and pipeline metrics
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting, lookalikes, and intent layering
• Comfort working with GA4, attribution models, and conversion tracking
• Client-facing confidence and performance-first mindset
