Land Development Engineering Designer at RVA

Elevate land development projects as an Engineering Designer with RVA. You'll prepare detailed site plans and manage civil designs while collaborating with clients in a vibrant environment. RVA is searching for an Engineering Designer to focus on land development for various projects. This role involves responsibilities such as creating grading plans, stormwater management reports, and functional servicing reports. You'll also utilize Civil3D software for digital terrain models and collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and adherence to municipal standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed site and grading plans for projects
• Conduct stormwater management calculations and reports
• Create Civil3D surfaces and layouts for pipelines
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project deadlines
• Develop cost estimates and assist with site inspections Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 0-7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Eligible for P. Eng. designation
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D software
