Executive Assistant for UGDSB Superintendent

Support educational leadership at the Upper Grand District School Board as an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Education. The Upper Grand District School Board is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the Superintendent of Education. This full-time position requires at least five years of progressive experience in executive or administrative roles. Key tasks include responding to inquiries, coordinating communications with school principals, and organizing school events effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries about school operations
- Coordinate with Principals and school board staff
- Book venues and schedule events efficiently
- Draft correspondence and prepare meeting minutes
- Monitor and reconcile budgets
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant applications
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
