Job Description : Our client is looking for a Solutions Architect -Dynamics 365 CE / Sales to join their team in Calgary
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
- Deep understanding of sales lifecycle processes, including lead management, opportunity management, quotations, product catalog, pricing, approvals, and reporting.
- Proven ability to elicit requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, define scope, and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 customizations, including tables, columns, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security, and solution components.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and data integration capabilities.
- Working knowledge of APIs, integration methods, data flows, data migration, and system-to-system connectivity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Experience preparing project estimates, implementation plans, timelines, risks, and delivery roadmaps.Microsoft certification related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Experience with C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, Azure Functions, or custom connectors.
- Experience with Power Platform Dataflows, Dataverse integrations, and data transformation patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, solution lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, and release governance.
- Experience with reporting and analytics using Power BI or Dynamics 365 dashboards.
- Experience in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, complex integrations, and formal governance processes.
Proven Experience In :
- Experienced D365 Sales Solution Architect to lead the design, customization, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
- This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements, define project scope, estimate timelines, and translate business needs into practical, secure, and maintainable CRM solutions.
