General Utility Worker

As a General Utility Worker on our team of other service stars, you’ll take on the important task of maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the enviroment we work in. The best part? What You'll Do

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management\
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Assist with receiving and storage of food (Freezer, Fridge and Dry Storage)
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety, sanitation and storage
• Ensure security of company assets

What You Bring

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ablity to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Security Requirement

This role is located within a high‑security corporate facility . To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have:

• Lived in Canada continuously for the past ten (10) years.

This requirement applies to all personnel working on‑site and is necessary to obtain security clearance.
