The role-

We’re looking for a customer‑focused, detail‑driven Food Service Worker to join our corporate dining team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth transactions, friendly service, and a welcoming cafeteria experience. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy fast‑paced service, take pride in accuracy, and love creating positive moments for guests.

What You'll Do

• Greet Guests with warmth and professionalism, helping create a welcoming environment.
• Process Transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods.
• Balance Cash and reconcile end‑of‑shift totals with precision.
• Provide Information and assist guests with menu questions, service needs, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a Clean Checkout Area to support a safe, efficient, and professional dining space.
• Support Food Service Operations such as restocking, basic inventory tasks, and assisting colleagues during peak periods.
• Participate in delivery of Catering within the building such as coffee breaks, catered lunches and events

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service , cash handling , or food service (corporate dining experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced , team‑oriented environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

Security Requirement

This role is located within a high‑security corporate facility . To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have:

• Lived in Canada continuously for the past ten (10) years.

This requirement applies to all personnel working on‑site and is necessary to obtain security clearance.
