A Day in the Life as the Advocacy & Influence Manager for ColorWow, you will be the strategic force driving our brand to become the #1 influencer and professional hair brand in Canada. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will spearhead our influence and communication strategies, transforming trends into impactful campaigns that captivate both professionals and consumers.

• Strategic Brand Leadership: You will develop and execute a 360° communication strategy to amplify Color Wow’s brand image, visibility, and reputation across Canada, ensuring consistency with our global vision.
• Influence & Campaign Orchestration: You'll lead integrated campaigns for major launches and events, manage all paid and earned influencer content, and keep the brand at the forefront of social trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
• Relationship & Media Management: You will build and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors, media partners, and key influencers, leading everything from contract negotiations to campaign execution.
• Budget & Performance Ownership: You'll have full ownership of the Advocacy & PR budget, strategically allocating investments and analyzing performance to maximize brand reach and ROI.

• Influence & Advocacy Mastery: A proven track record of building and executing successful influence strategies, with deep expertise in managing TikTok and Instagram campaigns.
• Strategic Communication: The ability to develop and implement 360° communication plans that build brand love and drive business results.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with ambassadors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Business Acumen: Strong budget management experience and an analytical mindset to drive ROI and present strategic plans to senior leadership.
• Agility & Creativity: The ability to stay ahead of trends, adapt quickly, and develop innovative campaigns that resonate in the Canadian market.
• Fluency in English and French is required for this role in Montreal.
