Manager of Strategic Finance Analytics

Drive analytics in finance as the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance at Lightspeed, dedicated to insights and revenue optimization. Partner with executive teams to shape critical strategies for growth. In this role, you will lead analytical initiatives that enhance decision-making for senior leadership. Collaborating with various data and analytics teams, you will own forecasting and analytical methodologies to deliver insights that drive revenue. This position also emphasizes the integration of AI into analytical workflows for efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analyses that connect multiple revenue streams
- Act as the senior FP&A liaison for analytics teams
- Guide improvements in forecasting methodologies
- Translate complex financial analyses into actionable insights
- Innovate using AI tools within workflow processes
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance sectors
- Experience with data-focused platforms like Anaplan
- Strong skills in financial modeling and SaaS metrics
- Excellent narrative skills for non-financial audiences
