Director of Capacity and Patient Access

Lead transformative strategies with Ontario Health as the Director, Capacity, Access & Flow. Drive improvements in patient experience and system performance across the East Region of Ontario.
Reporting to the Vice President, this vital role focuses on enhancing healthcare access and strengthening system capacity. You will develop and evaluate strategies using local data to identify barriers and opportunities while building partnerships with hospitals and community providers. This position emphasizes innovative programs and effective flow management for improved healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate regional healthcare strategies
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Foster partnerships with healthcare stakeholders
• Champion improvement initiatives for clinical capacity
• Represent the East Region at planning forums
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health or business administration
• Minimum eight years of relevant leadership experience
• Clinical experience in healthcare settings required
• Proficient in change and quality improvement methods
• French language skills are an asset
