Operations Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Company Overview: We are a food wholesale company specializing in the distribution of various food products. Our company uses SAP Business One to manage inventory and food safety, ensuring compliance with CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, organize and file documents
- Use the SAP system for data entry, order processing, and mainly inventory management
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (such as invoices and account reconciliation)
- Communicate with suppliers and customers, follow up on orders and shipments
- Assist with other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- A degree/diploma in accounting, finance or business
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and email correspondence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required, and ability to type using Pinyin input
- Proficiency in SAP Business One, with relevant experience preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge; bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork spirit
- SAP B1 HANA SQL skills is an asset
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields
Schedule:
9 hour shift, 1 hour no pay lunch break
Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
