We’re looking for a motivated, creative Sous Chef who wants more than just a job: someone eager to learn, grow, lead a team, and help build an exceptional kitchen culture.This is a great opportunity for an ambitious cook or emerging chef ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work alongside our leadership team to develop your skills, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across every part of a professional kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service
- Lead, train, and motivate a team in a positive, respectful environment
- Help develop new menu items, plated dishes, tasting menus, and seasonal features
- Learn and contribute to recipe development, costing, prep systems, ordering, and inventory
- Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
- Bring creativity, curiosity, and new ideas to the table
- Help create memorable food experiences for our guests
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for cooking and a strong desire to improve every day
- Previous professional kitchen experience; Sous Chef experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
- A positive, dependable attitude and the ability to stay calm during busy service
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in coaching others
- Curiosity about seasonal ingredients, plating, tasting menus, and trying new techniques • A team-first mindset and pride in doing things well
