Branch Manager

MacDonald Search Group recrute un(e) Gestionnaire de Site pour une organisation spécialisée dans la distribution industrielle. Ce rôle est idéal pour un leader terrain capable de gérer les opérations complètes d’un site, de mobiliser une équipe et d’assurer une performance optimale en matière de service client, inventaire et résultats financiers.

Ce role est situé sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal.

Responsabilités:

Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la succursale (entrepôt, inventaire, service client, distribution)
Encadrer, mobiliser et développer l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et financiers
Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire, structuré et orienté service client
Suivre les indicateurs de performance, les budgets et la rentabilité de la succursale
Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour soutenir la croissance et la rétention des clients
Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, fournisseurs et partenaires internes
Optimiser les processus et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration continue
Assurer la conformité aux politiques internes et aux normes réglementaires applicables

Profil recherché:

7+ ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe dans un environnement de distribution, entrepôt, manufacturier ou industriel
Expérience démontrée en gestion opérationnelle et amélioration de performance
Solides compétences en leadership et en mobilisation d’équipe
Bonne compréhension des opérations, budgets et gestion d’inventaire
Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et prise de décision
Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des relations clients
Bilingue français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
Expérience en distribution industrielle ou secteur des fixations (atout)
