Your technical acumen will guide clients in tailoring solutions to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for clients
- Design customized ServiceNow solutions addressing specific needs
- Conduct oversight and unit testing of developed code
- Lead workshops to improve client business processes
- Maintain relevant service certifications and skills
- 4–8 years in software development roles
- 1–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation
- Knowledge of application development lifecycle phases
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
