Director Green Fund and Climate Strategy

Green Municipal Fund

Shape Canada’s climate future as the Director of Green Fund and Climate Strategy at FCM. Engage in strategic leadership while working in a hybrid and flexible environment. As Director, you will provide executive oversight for FCM’s Green Municipal Fund and climate initiatives, focusing on strategy and measurable outcomes. Your ability to forge strategic partnerships will enhance FCM’s impact across municipal landscapes in Canada. Key Responsibilities:

Guide the vision and strategy for the Green Municipal Fund
Manage program direction and investment oversight
Engage with municipalities and federal partners
Lead innovative and sustainable climate solutions
Ensure robust financial management and risk assessment

Requirements:

Extensive experience in program and investment management
Strong leadership in public-interest environments
Expertise in financial stewardship and organizational governance
Bilingual communication in French and English preferred
Commitment to diversity and inclusive practices
