Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a financial role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $46,427.98-$146,381.82 per year
