Lead for Home Delivery Experience at RH

Become a key player in enhancing home delivery at RH as a Lead. This role focuses on orchestrating warehouse operations and delivering superior service to customers. As a proactive leader in the Home Delivery Center, you will coordinate daily activities across various functions, emphasizing safety and organization. Your expertise in logistics will support timely product movement and accuracy while fostering a team environment through training and communication. You'll be instrumental in aligning operational goals with customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations across inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
- Guide Team Members in operational processes
- Update leadership on workflow and opportunities
- Complete Home Delivery Associate tasks as required
- Minimum 1 year in a warehouse or delivery environment
- Passion for outstanding customer service
- Experience with inventory control and workflow management
- Skillful with operational tools and technologies
- Bilingual in English and French is essential
