Responsibilities
- Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand
- Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs
- Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
- Spending a reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a quick food restaurant
Qualifications
- G2 license
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Restaurant management experience – two years or more
- Food handling certificate
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player
- Basic English language skills
