L’équipe Technologie de Staples est à la recherche d’un(e) analyste des systèmes – WMS motivé(e) et minutieux(se) pour se joindre à son organisation. Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, qui aime résoudre des problèmes et qui est passionnée par la mise en place de systèmes stables et de haute qualité soutenant les opérations de nos centres de distribution partout au Canada.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet et les partenaires interfonctionnels afin de mettre en œuvre et de soutenir Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM Active) dans les centres de distribution de Staples. L’analyste des systèmes participera à la configuration du système, aux essais et à l’intégration avec les systèmes ERP et les équipements de manutention (MHE). Vous collaborerez également avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes afin de répondre aux besoins des projets et du soutien opérationnel continu.
Au quotidien, vous configurerez les solutions WMS selon les exigences d’affaires, participerez aux essais et aux tests d’acceptation par les utilisateurs (UAT), soutiendrez les activités de formation et offrirez un soutien continu afin d’améliorer les processus et d’assurer la stabilité opérationnelle.
Le candidat idéal possède une expérience pratique avec Manhattan WMS ou une autre plateforme WMS commerciale (COTS), d’excellentes compétences analytiques et de communication, ainsi qu’une capacité à s’adapter aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise tout en recommandant les améliorations appropriées aux systèmes.
Responsabilités
- Serez responsable de la configuration de Manhattan Active WM (WMS, LM, Slotting) conformément à l’échéancier du projet.
- Serez responsable de la cartographie des intégrations avec les systèmes ERP et les systèmes MHE.
- Participerez aux essais, aux tests d’acceptation par les utilisateurs (UAT) et au soutien de la formation.
- Réagirez rapidement aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise et recommanderez les améliorations appropriées aux systèmes.
- Travaillerez étroitement avec le fournisseur du produit et d’autres fournisseurs tiers afin de répondre aux exigences des projets et du soutien continu.
- Serez responsable des personnalisations propres à Staples, incluant les rapports SCI, LM et WM, les bordereaux d’expédition et les étiquettes.
Qualifications
- Études postsecondaires en génie, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine lié aux technologies ou aux sciences.
- Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience progressive à titre de programmeur-analyste ou de chef de projet.
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience directe avec Manhattan WMS ou un autre WMS COTS, ou être un diplômé récent dans un domaine pertinent.
- Capacité à configurer et déployer une solution selon les exigences d’affaires.
- Forte volonté d’apprendre et de collaborer avec différents départements de l’entreprise.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression.
