Maya HTT Senior Customer Success Manager Role
Maya HTT
Become the driving force behind customer success at Maya HTT. As a Senior Manager, your role will be vital to enhancing customer experience and improving retention across the organization. In this leadership position, you will take charge of evolving the Customer Success team, focusing on proactive engagement and satisfaction metrics. You'll work closely with sales and operational teams, leading the renewal process while fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Your strategic use of data will help in recognizing opportunities for growth and increasing customer engagement effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize customer lifecycle management strategies
- Lead a team and promote their development into Customer Success Managers
- Establish engagement metrics and manage churn reduction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop dashboards to track key success metrics
- Minimum of 7 years in Customer Success or related fields
- Demonstrated success in building Customer Success frameworks
- Proficient in both French and English
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and associated business models
- Experience with Salesforce for tracking and analysis
