Experienced Civil Superintendent in Infrastructure

Take on a vital role as a Civil Superintendent at Chandos, driving municipal infrastructure projects including vital water treatment facilities. Ensure operational excellence and project success. Chandos is on the lookout for a Civil Superintendent with a strong focus on municipal infrastructure. Your role will involve leading construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Bring your hands-on experience to navigate the dynamic field environment effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess project budgets for opportunities
- Provide direction and leadership for all project phases
- Facilitate clear communication among site personnel
- Inspect tools and manage supply needs proactively
- Engage in hands-on project activities as required
- 5+ years experience in civil project supervision
- Proven management of projects valued at $1M-$30M
- Background in municipal infrastructure essential
- Journeyman certification or equivalent field expertise
- Capable of working night shifts and traveling
