Job Description

At Chandos, we hire construction Superintendents  who set the standard - technically strong, safety focused, forecasting experts that are proficient in technology and exceptional at leading people and projects. We have open roles currently but we also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• 5 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Commercial and institutional experience highly preferred
• Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
• Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project
• Self perform experience

Compensation Transparency

• Assistant Superintendent I/II $92000 to $102000
• Superintendent I/II/III $112,200.00 to $155,000.00
• Sr Super/General Superintendent $150,000.00 to $173,000.00

The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
