We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Merchandising Services Administrator to join our Merchandising team in Langley, BC. Reporting to Team Lead, Merchandising Services, you will be responsible for supporting multiple departments as well as the retail stores to investigate and solve pricing and promotion inquiries; ultimately to ensure we maintain our pricing integrity. You will be responsible for: - Investigating and solving pricing & promotional inquiries to ensure pricing integrity.
- Supporting multiple areas of the business (including Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Ecomm, Digital, Store Level).
- Supporting existing Company programs and initiatives, (such as Price Lock, Ecomm, Price Checking, My Offers).
- Creating specialty offer types to support published offers (including My Offers, combo deal, Mega Deals).
- Supporting new store openings.
- Communicating and coordinating within the department and across the business.
You have: - At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Price change experience is considered a strong asset.
- Able to work occasional weekends and stat holidays as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you may be asked to travel to various store locations for price checking).
