Job Overview:As the E-commerce Manager at Breadables Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce initiatives, managing online platforms, and enhancing customer engagement through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:- Conduct research on industry trends and customer preferences to optimize e-commerce strategies- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce plan aligned with business objectives- Establish specific goals and track performance metrics to measure return on investment (ROI)- Create and distribute compelling content across social media platforms to drive brand awareness- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and online metrics to enhance visibility- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency- Engage with followers, address inquiries promptly, and monitor customer feedback effectively- Manage the design of social media accounts to maintain a cohesive brand image- Propose innovative features and campaigns to boost brand recognition and customer loyalty- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, social media trends, and e-commerce tools for continuous improvement

Requirements:- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in Shopify or other online retail platforms- Strong background in social media coordination with a focus on driving business growth- Proficiency in content management systems and creative content development (text, images, videos)- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics- Knowledge of online marketing channels and web design concepts- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Science or related field preferred- Certification in Social Media Management is advantageous- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

Annual Bonus guaranteed upon meeting all KPIs with minimum payout of $25,000 at the end of fiscal year .
