Join CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses as a Data Analyst. This role focuses on data management and performance evaluation to support nursing workforce initiatives in Ontario. As a vital member of the project team, the Data Analyst directly collaborates with the Project Coordinator and Blue Branch Inc. to analyze project performance data. This position requires advanced skills in data collection, management, and analysis, ensuring evidence-based decision-making to effectively recruit and retain internationally educated nurses across rural communities in Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and analyze data related to project outcomes
• Support monitoring of recruitment and employment trends
• Validate and audit project databases for accuracy
• Produce dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for project improvement Requirements:
• Postsecondary degree in a related field
• Minimum three years in data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience with CRM or performance measurement systems
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and data governance Leverage your analytical skills to drive impactful changes in Ontario's healthcare workforce.
