Requirements:
  • 3+ years in technical account management or data centres
  • Proficiency with power and structured cabling systems
  • Expert in ITSM tools such as Jira or Zendesk
  • Able to draft Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Background in Managed Services or Cloud Infrastructure is a plus
