Project Coordinator Job Purpose

This project will see 100 internationally educated nurses residing in major urban centres across Ontario to secure employment and successfully relocate to rural and northern communities where healthcare employers face persistent nursing shortages. The project will provide recruitment, employment matching, relocation supports, community integration services, and retention assistance through a partnership between CARE Centre and Blue Branch Inc. Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting project performance data. Working in partnership with the Project Coordinator and Blue Branch Inc., the Data Analyst will support evidence‑based decision‑making and ensure accurate measurement of project outcomes related to recruitment, employment placement, relocation, retention, and community integration of internationally educated nurses. Data Collection and Management

Populate and maintain secure EOIS entries and other funder reporting systems. Collect, verify, and manage participant, employer, and project performance data. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Maintain data security and confidentiality in accordance with privacy legislation. Perform routine data validation, reconciliation, and quality audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all project databases. Provide technical support to project staff regarding database use, data entry standards, and reporting requirements. Performance Measurement

Support ongoing monitoring of project deliverables and key performance indicators established by the Skills Development Fund. Monitor data quality and performance trends, proactively identifying issues requiring follow‑up. Track project outcomes including

Number of IENs recruited Number of employment placements secured Number of successful relocations completed Retention rates at 3‑6‑ and 12‑month intervals Employer engagement outcomes Participant satisfaction and community integration indicators Monitor progress toward project targets and key performance indicators. Analysis and Reporting

Analyze quantitative and qualitative project data Produce ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and data analyses to support V operational planning, project management, and Executive Director reporting requirements Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations for project staff, partners, and funders. Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve project outcomes. Support preparation of interim and final project evaluation reports required for funding compliance reviews. Continuous Improvement

Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve recruitment, relocation, and retention strategies. Support evaluation activities and impact assessments Assist project staff in interpreting data and using findings to inform decision‑making Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, reporting efficiency, and database functionality. Other Duties as assigned

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications

Postsecondary degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Social Research, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum three years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience managing databases and performance measurement systems such as EOIS. Experience managing client information management systems (CRM), relational databases, or case management systems. Knowledge of privacy legislation, data governance principles and program evaluation methodologies is an asset. Computer proficiency, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, functions of digital platforms, social media and AI. Physical Demands

Light, occasional medium physical demands for lifting, pushing, pulling. Manual dexterity required to use computer and office equipment. Working Conditions

Flexibility within program operating hours. Possible travel to other locations in Ontario, travel to conferences and meetings. Salary Range

$78,000 to $85,000 EEO Statement
