Toronto Architectural Project Coordinator Needed

Architecture49 is hiring a Project Coordinator to support innovative architectural projects in Toronto. Utilize your administrative and communication skills for impactful project delivery. In this role, you'll assist in the administration of various projects and coordinate client communications. Your attention to detail will ensure high-quality proposals and documentation that align with client requirements. This position focuses on fostering collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and clients in a vibrant architectural environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the project management team with project administration
- Document and schedule project-related meetings
- Manage project folders and documentation accuracy
- Liaise with subcontractors and handle communications
- Research and prepare for upcoming trade shows and events
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
- Experience in architectural or related industries is advantageous
- Certification such as CAPM or PMP is a plus
