Holt Renfrew Project Coordinator - Construction Focus

Join Holt Renfrew as a Project Coordinator dedicated to Construction in Toronto. This full-time role supports project execution and effective communication among project participants. This key position will see you working with the Director of Construction to manage project schedules, assess contractor pricing, and ensure compliance with required documentation. Your analytical skills will aid in reading construction documents and forecasting project costs accurately. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications
  • Assist with the preparation of RFPs for construction work
  • Process monthly contractor payments in collaboration with finance
  • Maintain updated documentation for all project changes
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and summarize discussions
Requirements:
  • Business administration degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Strong communication abilities; French skills are a plus
  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset
