Senior Architectural Project Design Leader

- Lead and mentor 89 multidisciplinary design professionals
- Oversee detailed shop drawing creation with AutoCAD
- Manage project scheduling and performance reviews
- Assist clients with design and technical inquiries
- Drive process improvement and cross-training initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in architectural design or engineering (mandatory)
- Over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- Strong leadership in cross-functional team management
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and ERP knowledge beneficial
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
