Le rôleEn tant que gestionnaire créatif principal, vous occuperez un poste de leadership pivot, faisant le pont entre la stratégie de marque de haut niveau, l'exécution créative et l'analyse des performances. Vous assumerez immédiatement la responsabilité de notre production créative tout en structurant de manière stratégique une équipe croissante de vidéastes, de monteurs et de designers. Le candidat idéal possède un équilibre parfait entre intuition artistique et prouesse analytique, garantissant que chaque contenu soit non seulement visuellement superbe, mais génère également des résultats commerciaux mesurables.
Responsabilités- Diriger la conceptualisation et l'exécution de tout le contenu visuel sur les canaux numériques, sociaux, publicitaires payants et traditionnels.
- Maintenir, élever et faire respecter l'identité de marque mondiale et les normes visuelles de Transformer Table.
- Traduire les objectifs marketing complexes et les caractéristiques des produits en récits visuels captivants et à fort taux de conversion.
- Diriger, encadrer et inspirer l'équipe créative actuelle, en favorisant une culture collaborative et de haute performance.
- Recruter, intégrer et gérer stratégiquement les futurs talents créatifs, y compris des vidéastes et des monteurs supplémentaires, pour répondre aux demandes de production.
- Optimiser les flux de travail internes, l'allocation des ressources et les calendriers de production pour assurer une livraison des projets fluide et dans les délais.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance créative sur diverses plateformes publicitaires pour comprendre ce qui résonne auprès de notre public.
- Utiliser les données pour optimiser le contenu existant, proposer de nouveaux angles créatifs et maximiser le retour sur investissement des dépenses publicitaires.
- Faire le lien entre l'équipe créative et l'équipe de marketing de croissance pour assurer un alignement continu.
- Cinq ans ou plus d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership créatif, de préférence au sein d'une marque D2C en forte croissance, d'une entreprise de commerce électronique ou d'une agence créative de premier plan.
- Un historique éprouvé dans la gestion et l'expansion d'équipes créatives, plus particulièrement de vidéastes et de monteurs vidéo.
- Un portfolio diversifié et impressionnant démontrant des campagnes numériques à fort impact, de la production vidéo et du storytelling de marque.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de développer les talents créatifs et de gérer la répartition de la charge de travail.
- Compétences analytiques exceptionnelles avec la capacité d'interpréter les données créatives, les CTR et les mesures de conversion pour orienter les décisions de conception.
- Compréhension approfondie des tendances actuelles des médias sociaux, des meilleures pratiques des plateformes (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) et des techniques de production vidéo modernes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation pour proposer efficacement des concepts créatifs aux parties prenantes de la direction.

We are seeking a visionary, data-driven Senior Creative Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our in-house creative team.
The RoleAs the Senior Creative Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership position bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy, creative execution, and performance analytics. You will take immediate ownership of our creative output while strategically scaling a growing team of videographers, editors, and designers. The ideal candidate possesses an equal blend of artistic intuition and analytical prowess, ensuring every piece of content not only looks stunning but also drives measurable business results.
Responsibilities- Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of all visual content across digital, social, paid advertising, and traditional channels.
- Maintain, elevate, and enforce Transformer Table’s global brand identity and visual standards.
- Translate complex marketing goals and product features into compelling, high-converting visual narratives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the current creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategically recruit, onboard, and manage future creative talent, including additional videographers and editors, to support production demands.
- Optimize internal workflows, resource allocation, and production schedules to ensure seamless, on-time project delivery.
- Analyze creative performance metrics across various ad platforms to understand what resonates with our audience.
- Use data insights to iterate on existing content, pitch new creative angles, and maximize ROI on paid media spend.
- Bridge the gap between the creative team and the growth marketing team to ensure continuous alignment.
- 5 or more years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a fast-growing D2C brand, e-commerce company, or top-tier creative agency.
- A proven track record of managing and scaling creative teams, specifically videographers and video editors.
- A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing high-impact digital campaigns, video production, and brand storytelling.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to nurture creative talent and manage workload distribution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret creative data, CTRs, and conversion metrics to inform design decisions.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform best practices (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and modern video production techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch creative concepts to executive stakeholders.
