SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Payroll Focus

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize Employee Central organizational and position management
- Create and maintain payroll schemas and wage types
- Enhance time tracking and management processes
- Guide data migration and validation projects
- Collaborate with business leads and integrators
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll laws
- Mastery of data mapping and ETL processes
- Hands-on with SAP Migration Center
- Understanding of EC-ECP rep deployments
