We’re hiring full-time residential painters for both interior and exterior projects starting in May and continuing through August . We don’t expect you to come in with painting experience — we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we’re really looking for are reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals ready to commit to an active and rewarding summer.

What We’re Looking For
Full-time access to a vehicle and minimum Class 5 (non-GDL) driver's license
Dependable, self-motivated individuals who take initiative
Ability to problem-solve and manage tasks independently
Physically fit and comfortable working with ladders and heights
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to doing quality work
Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn
What You Can Expect to Earn
Your income depends on how quickly you learn and how much you commit — and most of our team members are surprised by how quickly they pick it up.
Average hourly rate: $28
Top painters earn: $30–$36 per hour
Expected earnings: $12,000+ from May to August
Top performers: $14,000+ with leadership potential and growth opportunities
