Marsh Agile Coach for Business Excellence

Shape business agility at Marsh as an Agile Coach, guiding teams through innovative training and hands-on mentoring. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment that fosters growth and collaboration. Reporting to the head of Agile Services, this role is essential for facilitating Agile adoption and delivering strategic training programs. You will work with various teams to enhance their Agile skills, assess processes, and engage stakeholders to maximize team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in Agile practices adoption
- Deliver effective training and workshops
- Mentor teams for improved collaboration and self-organization
- Evaluate and enhance existing Agile processes
- Measure progress and report insights to leadership
- Minimum two years' experience as an Agile Coach
- Certifications like CSM or SAFe required
- Background in Scrum roles or similar
- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
- Proactive approach in diverse team environments
