Operational Excellence Insurance Associate

Join our team as an Operational Excellence Insurance Associate, providing essential support to advisors through excellent client service and operational efficiency in a hybrid role. Contribute to advisor success and business growth. This position requires a proactive individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the life insurance or financial service sector. You will assist advisors by managing their business processes, ensuring compliance, and facilitating quality service delivery. Your attention to detail will enhance the advisor-client relationship. Key Responsibilities:
- Process advisor business end-to-end with accuracy
- Execute tasks to meet operational service levels
- Deliver compliant and detailed work
- Prepare insights and summaries for clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through data mining
- Educational background in business or related field
- 3 years’ experience in financial services or insurance
- Proficient in Life Insurance Carrier Illustration software
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the industry
