As a Channel Store Specialist in a partner reseller store, you will demonstrate your passion for Apple technology, suggesting the right solutions for customers. In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 25 hours per week , including evenings and weekends. This is a fixed-term role for approximately 6 months . Description In this role, you will: - Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand. - Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products. - Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services. - Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers. - Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey. - Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards. - Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution. - Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
