Join a respected boutique litigation firm as an eDiscovery Specialist / Litigation Clerk, utilizing your 5+ years of experience in litigation support and technical eDiscovery. Manage complex document-intensive cases and support legal counsel throughout the litigation cycle. This role is perfect for candidates with a strong foundation in managing electronic documents and coordinating eDiscovery workflows. You will assist lawyers in all stages of litigation, focusing on document organization, production, and trial preparation. Your expertise in platforms and Ontario litigation procedures will be crucial to this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage electronic document collection and production
• Coordinate eDiscovery workflows and data processing
• Assist lawyers with motions, mediations, and trials
• Prepare document databases and hearing briefs
• Conduct quality control and document analysis Requirements:
• 5+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support
• Experience with Relativity and similar platforms
• Understanding of Ontario litigation procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and litigation databases Leverage your eDiscovery and litigation expertise to support legal teams in a dynamic boutique environment.
