Advance your expertise as an IT Business Analyst with SIYY Technology Services in Milton, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on creating business solutions and analyzing system requirements. SIYY Technology Services seeks a committed IT Business Analyst with at least five years of experience in technical documentation and business analysis. Your contributions will impact system implementation and enhance effectiveness while also evaluating technical and physical security risks to protect valuable information. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and clarify requirements with stakeholders
- Document to ensure products fulfill business needs
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses supporting project initiatives
- Design and direct the implementation of business solutions
- Conduct software testing and ensure quality assurance
- Minimum of 5 years in IT business analysis
- Microsoft SQL Certification is essential
- Information Systems Qualified (ISP) certification
- Proficient in Jira and insurance software
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data processing
