Field Technician for Medium Voltage Systems

Accelerate your technical career with ML6 as a Medium Voltage Service Technician, delivering exceptional field service for Toshiba across Western Canada. This role requires proactive problem-solving and strong customer relationships in a hybrid work model. ML6 is seeking a driven professional with 1-4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial power electronics. You will be responsible for the full-cycle servicing of Medium Voltage Adjustable Speed Drives and will engage in an intensive onboarding program, including training in the USA. Your role is vital in ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing technical processes for customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute troubleshooting and repair of Medium Voltage Drives
• Collaborate with clients for effective technical solutions
• Build rapport and establish credibility with customers
• Manage field documentation and expense tracking
• Provide technical support to the service team Requirements:
• 1-4+ years’ expertise in power electronics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Knowledgeable in industrial diagnostics and compliance
