Supervisor of Food & Beverage Operations
MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership)
Take charge as a Supervisor of Food & Beverage Operations at MLSE, where you'll enhance service and manage crucial POS systems. Focus on employee support and financial management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage gratuity payment processes effectively
- Maintain records and Excel workbooks for reports
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Create and send daily financial reports
- Assist with POS issues during event nights
- Available for evening, weekend, and weekday work
- Experience in food and beverage hospitality
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of information
