Supervisor of Point of Sale Systems

Join MLSE as a Supervisor of Point of Sale Systems, delivering exceptional service within the Food and Beverage department. This role combines accounting, administration, and systems management. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Food & Beverage Systems team, focusing on point of sale operations, financial reporting, and employee services. Key responsibilities include managing employee accounts, maintaining crucial Excel workbooks for gratuity processing, and troubleshooting POS issues on event nights. Your skills in finance and communication will contribute to maintaining a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Setup employee accounts and manage deactivations
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for gratuities and payments
• Answer employee inquiries and provide assistance
• Work event nights to support POS systems
• Handle month-end inventory and finance tasks

Requirements:

• Background in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
