Director of B2B Revenue Growth in Toronto

Embrace a strategic role as the Director of Revenue Pipeline & Growth at Hybrid, a leader in the B2B Software/SaaS sector. This 6-month contract opportunity offers a chance to lead significant revenue initiatives in Toronto. You will be responsible for achieving pipeline targets and optimizing overall funnel performance, drawing upon your extensive experience in B2B SaaS marketing. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align pipeline strategies and deliver key performance outcomes. Lead a dedicated team and engage in executive-level discussions to drive results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on pipeline targets with accountability for revenue
  • Conduct performance management and forecast pipeline outcomes
  • Optimize funnel conversion and deal velocity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Implement risk management and recovery strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
  • 12+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven success in managing pipeline performance
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rates and metrics
  • Background in executing executive discussions and reviews
