(Channel Manager – Residential)
Chez FLO , nous construisons l’un des plus vastes réseaux de recharge pour véhicules électriques en Amérique du Nord et contribuons activement à accélérer la transition vers une mobilité plus durable.
Nous recherchons un·e Gestionnaire, gestion des canaux de distribution – Résidentiel pour piloter la performance et l’exécution de notre réseau de partenaires qui distribuent les solutions FLO Home au Canada .
Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez responsable de structurer, activer, suivre et optimiser les canaux de distribution , afin d’assurer la croissance des ventes, une couverture efficace du marché et une exécution de qualité auprès de nos partenaires.
Le rôle
En tant que Gestionnaire, gestion des canaux de distribution – Résidentiel , vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la performance du réseau de partenaires qui distribuent les solutions FLO Home .
Vous veillerez à ce que chaque partenaire soit bien intégré, activé et performant , tout en assurant un alignement constant entre les objectifs de FLO et l’exécution sur le terrain.
Responsabilités principales
Structuration et gestion des canaux
- Définir les canaux de distribution actifs (distributeurs, détaillants, installateurs, partenaires automobiles, etc.).
- Clarifier les rôles et responsabilités selon les types de partenaires (vente, installation, support, service).
- Mettre en place des règles opérationnelles claires , notamment en matière de territoires, priorités et gestion des interactions avec les ventes directes.
- Maintenir à jour la cartographie des partenaires actifs, inactifs et à potentiel .
Onboarding et activation des partenaires
- Gérer le processus d’intégration des nouveaux partenaires : formation produit, outils, documentation et processus de commande.
- Assurer une mise en opération rapide des partenaires après signature.
- Mettre à jour régulièrement les contenus de formation et les outils partenaires .
- Identifier les partenaires sous-activés et mettre en place des actions correctives pour stimuler leur performance.
Suivi de la performance et pilotage
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés par partenaire et par canal (ventes, inventaire, pipeline, régularité des commandes).
- Produire des rapports de performance hebdomadaires et mensuels clairs et actionnables.
- Animer des revues de performance régulières avec les partenaires stratégiques.
- Identifier les écarts par rapport aux objectifs et proposer des plans d’action concrets .
Coordination interne et exécution terrain
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les enjeux opérationnels (disponibilité produit, délais, prix).
- Faire remonter les besoins et retours terrain aux équipes Produits et Opérations.
- Coordonner avec l’équipe marketing les initiatives de soutien aux partenaires (matériel, promotions, formations).
- Veiller au respect des standards FLO en matière de marque, d’expérience client et de qualité.
Prévisions et planification
- Développer les prévisions de ventes des canaux de distribution .
- Participer au processus de planification des ventes et opérations (S&OP) .
Amélioration continue du réseau
- Évaluer régulièrement la performance du réseau de partenaires .
- Recommander l’ ajout, la mise en pause ou le retrait de partenaires selon les résultats.
- Tester et déployer des améliorations opérationnelles (processus, outils, incitatifs).
- Contribuer à l’évolution de l’offre FLO Home à partir des retours du marché.
Ce que le poste implique au quotidien
- Gestion active d’un portefeuille de partenaires .
- Suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance .
- Résolution rapide de problématiques opérationnelles .
- Alignement constant entre FLO et son réseau de distribution .
Le succès dans ce rôle se mesure principalement par la performance des partenaires et la croissance des canaux de distribution , plutôt que par des ventes individuelles.
Lieu de travail & flexibilité
- Candidat,e basé.e à Québec : mode hybride - télétravail et collaboration en présentiel 2 jours par semaine;
- Candidat.e basé.e à Montréal : télétravail + déplacements à Québec.
Requirements
Ce qui vous définit
Formation & compétences techniques
- Diplôme universitaire en commerce, administration, gestion des ventes, marketing ou domaine connexe (ou équivalent) ;
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de canaux, partenariats ou distribution (minimum 7 ans recommandée) ;
- Connaissance des processus opérationnels, EDI et logistique 3PL (un atout) ;
- Maîtrise des outils de suivi de performance, reporting et CRM ;
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais , à l’oral comme à l’écrit — l’anglais est requis pour collaborer avec nos partenaires et équipes internes à travers le Canada.

- Initiative et proactivité pour identifier et résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles ;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs partenaires et projets simultanément ;

- Habileté à influencer positivement les partenaires et à agir comme partenaire stratégique interne et externe ;
- Capacité à vulgariser les données de performance et à formuler des recommandations claires et actionnables .
