On behalf of our client, a leader in the industrial supply sector, we are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to join their teams in Bonnyville and Grande Prairie. ResponsibilitiesQuote Management: Receive incoming sales calls; review customer specifications and inventory to provide timely, accurate, and detailed quotations. Sales Order Processing: Review purchase orders, clarify technical revisions, and process orders through the ERP system while communicating requirements to operations. Procurement & Sourcing: Source product pricing and availability from suppliers; generate purchase orders for "buy-ins" to ensure customer delivery dates are met at the best cost. Counter Sales: Act as the face of the branch for walk-in customers, providing expert product advice and processing orders on-site. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pricing feedback, market trends, and quality assurance reports (QARs). Account Support: Follow up on quotes, assist in the resolution of customer concerns, and support the collection of receivables through proper documentation. Qualifications
Industry Savvy: Prior experience in the oil and gas industry (labor, trades, or administration) is highly valued. Knowledge of carbon steel products is a significant asset. Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning complex ERP systems. Math Aptitude: Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures for quoting and sizing. Self-Motivated: A high-energy individual who can work independently but thrives in a collaborative team setting. Reliable: Physically able to lift up to 25lbs and manage the manual dexterity required for high-volume computer and phone work. Summary
