Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation- Experience with Tandoor and Indo-Chinese Food.- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Manage inventory and control food costs- Collaborate with management and the existing team.
Skills:- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in the food industry specifially with Tandoor and Indo-Chinese Food.- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques- Bartending skills are a plus- Hospitality-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service
