Curry Chef

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining work station
• Menu engineering
• Setting up system's and SOP's
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Preparing and cooking meats to the correct temperature
• Ensure orders are completed within the specified time frame without sacrificing quality
• Keeping menu and ingredient knowledge
• Maintaining clean and organized stations
• Helping other staff members when requested
• Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• A passion for food
• Bar India food knowledge is an asset.
• Good knowledge of knife skills, Butchery and professional cooking.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
