(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically-minded IC1 Product Consultant to join our Product Consulting team. This foundational role is essential for supporting our Bank Partner sales and Ecosystem Partner teams ensuring they have the necessary expertise to position and sell the FISPAN platform effectively.

Your core focus will be on mastering the FISPAN platform fundamentals providing accurate technical support for demonstrations and contributing to a seamless pre-sales process. You will assist Bank Partners sales cycles with client product consulting resolving routine sales blockers and contributing to knowledge documentation. This role is crucial for developing your skills in Quality Innovation Leadership and Communication within a high-stakes sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate product features and benefits accurately during sales presentations ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Provide reliable technical support for product configuration and validation for sales demonstration purposes.
• Participate in client-facing and partner-facing meetings to observe learn and contribute to product discussions.
• Identify and promptly escalate product-related sales blockers or client objections to senior team members with clear context.
• Adhere to team processes and utilize standard sales enablement tools (CRM demo platforms) accurately contributing to Data Reliability .

What you Need

• Background in customer service
• Experience in customer sales
• Good communication interpersonal customer service and sales skills
• Good team working skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in verbal and written English (French is an asset)
  
• Preferred: background in business administration SaaS banking or related field

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business that the hiring salary range for this position is $60000-$65000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
