We are looking for Design Consultants who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and energized by helping customers invest in better-quality products for their homes.
This is an opportunity for a confident sales professional who appreciates design, thrives in a commission environment, and wants to build a successful retail career with a premium Canadian brand.
You'll be joining our NEW team in Vancouver at 3355 Grandview Highway, BC V5M 1Z5, in a full-time capacity.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
- Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
- Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
- Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
- Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a retail sales environment

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working in a commission-based environment
- Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and accountable
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Compensation & Growth
This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
